It’s hard to believe it’s already the last weekend of April and we are well into spring. There’s reason to celebrate, because not only did April showers bring May flowers, but tax season is over, too.
The days are getting longer and nights are getting warmer, finally. It’s time to get out and enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer. There are many choices, including a day for independent bookstores, local performances and even The Santa Cruz Mini Maker Faire (see below for a chance to win free tickets). Some annual events are back this year, too, such as the open house at Moss Landing Marine Lab, and the UCSC Annual Plant Sale.
There are a lot of things to do out there this weekend, so check them out and have some fun. The weather’s expected to be warm and sunny, too. Enjoy!
