The Play About the Baby

This 1998 play, by American playwright Edward Albee, focuses on a young couple and their first baby. Things take a mysterious turn when the couple is visited by an older couple. This production is directed by student Lily Sorensen.
Día de los Muertos Community Festival
When: Saturday, 11/1 at 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Where: MAH / Evergreen Cemetery
How Much: Free
Celebrate Dia de los Muertos this Saturday with a two-part event, starting at the MAH and ending at Evergreen Cemetery.
Spend the first half of the event at the MAH, where you’ll enjoy face painting, craft and food making, and a dance performance from Estrellas de Esperanza and Grupo Folklorico Los Mejicas.
Attendees will gather at Abbott Square shortly before 5:00, and will then proceed to Evergreen Cemetery.
Strike Out Hunger And Bowl For Free!
When: Saturday, 1/1 through Sunday, 1/2, whole day
Where: Boardwalk Bowl
How Much: Free
Bring a can of food and bowl for free at the Boardwalk Bowl! Donations are given to Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County. Last year’s food drive resulted in 5,800 donated cans of food. The Bowl for Free food drive begins this Saturday and runs through December 31st.
